In November, new carbon was delivered for use in the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant’s (PCAPP) air and water filtration systems. The water filtration system recycles water for reuse at the plant. The PCAPP team recognized its veterans and supported the Pueblo Cooperative Care Center through donations to purchase 200 turkeys for low-income individuals and families. Workers continued baseline reconfiguration, and more than 21,000 munitions have been unpacked for future processing. Additionally, the team welcomed Bret Griebenow as the new Bechtel project manager, who previously served as a deputy project manager at PCAPP.
