Mr. Ken Harrawood
Bechtel Pueblo Team
Ken Harrawood is the Project Manager for the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), which is currently destroying chemical munitions stored at the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot near Pueblo, Colo. He began this position in March 2019.
Prior to joining PCAPP, Ken served as the General Manager for the joint venture of Bechtel Cavendish Nuclear Solutions (BCNS), where he led the delivery of the waste retrieval solution for the Pile Fuel Cladding Silo (PFCS) Project at the Sellafield site.
Ken is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in project and program management in the nuclear industry. His broad range of experience includes all aspects of nuclear facilities, including design, construction, commissioning, operations, decommissioning and demolition.
He started his career in the Naval Nuclear power program and has since held key positions at several U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration sites, as well as international projects in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional.
