This is the Dec. 10 Colorado Chemical Demilitarization Citizens’ Advisory Commission (CAC) online meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss topics related to the closure of the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), at the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Activity-West (CMA-West), formerly known as the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot.
