In 2025, during the closure phase at the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), workers disassembled and transported the Static Detonation Chamber units to other U.S. Army organizations for reuse, dispositioned surplus property, and collected and analyzed samples to verify decontamination of buildings for reuse or demolition.
