Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) staff are using high-tech equipment to safely demolish equipment and eventually buildings that demilitarized munitions and destroyed chemical agent. Four remote-controlled robots will be integral to the demolition of the plant.

Because the robots are remotely operated, they help keep workers away from potential hazards during demolition. The equipment is outfitted with accessories for various tasks, such as cutting through thick titanium and stainless-steel piping and reducing the size of large concrete blocks.
