This is the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) End of Destruction Operations event. The event was held at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Richmond, Kentucky, on Wednesday, Oct. 11. This event commemorated the recent completion of destruction of all chemical weapons at the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD).

BGCAPP destroyed the last munition in the chemical weapons stockpile at BGAD on July 7, 2023.
