Information regarding the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant, such as key environmental documents and fact sheets, are available to the public at six locations in Madison and Estill counties.

The information repositories are updated regularly to ensure the user has access to up-to-date materials. Many of the documents are available in both print and electronic formats.

Copies of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act permitting documents may be viewed at the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection, Division of Waste Management, 300 Sower Blvd., 2nd Floor, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.

Copies of the Clean Air Act permit application are available for public review at the Blue Grass Chemical Stockpile Outreach Office and the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection, Division for Air Quality, 300 Sower Blvd., 2nd Floor, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
