Facts: Connect with the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant

Published: December 23, 2019 | Category: BGCAPP Facts

Speakers Bureau

If your community group would like a presentation about the plant destroying the chemical weapons stockpile stored at the Blue Grass Army Depot, contact the Blue Grass Chemical Stockpile Outreach Office at bgoutreach@iem.com or (859) 626-8944.

A standard Speakers Bureau presentation runs about 20 minutes, with time afterward for questions and answers, and includes an information packet for each attendee. Delivered by Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) management or their representatives, the presentations cover technology, safety, schedule, plant progress and reuse topics and often provide a glimpse into the plant’s inner workings through an informational video.

Videos

Project videos can be found on the Program Executive Office, Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (PEO ACWA) YouTube site, which includes a BGCAPP playlist.
